It was a pleasure meeting with you. Thank you for sending the information--- there are many good ideas! This past week I tried two of the recipes - both very good and very filling. I think that I'm eating a bit less quantity overall but don't feel the need to eat more and am finding the different blends of flavors and textures to be more satiating.

I have been feeling much better. I started taking the medication a couple of weeks ago before bed and am still watching my diet...my stomach pains and constipation have gone away! Yippee!

Lori, you’ve come up with great directions to help my daughter address her GI discomfort and steps she can take that are manageable and even work with her crazy class and athletics schedule. My day definitely improved and I followed my meal plan 100% for afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. I feel like I'm back on track and I haven't been so focused on food or my body tonight.

I made that cauliflower recipe you gave me and LOVED it! It really helps me to have one healthy recipe on hand that I want to cook every week so I have no excuses not to cook.
I am working on the suggestions we discussed. For exercise, I've continued to introduce a variety focusing on 30 minute sessions. I'm also beginning to work in more active play with my kids.
