* I am NOT a Medicare Provider, even for Medicare Advantage. Please be sure to tell me if you would like to pay out of pocket. Only a few diagnosis are eligible for Medicare Nutrition coverage. Issues such as GI problems, weight management and healthy eating are NOT covered by Medicare. Lori Sullivan Nutrition may have a package plan that meets your needs.  

*Note about Insurance Coverage:  I am a provider for major insurances. Some insurance companies require the patient to have major health conditions such as diabetes, lipid disorders, or morbid obesity before they will cover services. Others will cover wellness nutritional counseling under Preventative services. I can direct you on what to ask your insurance company and provide my knowledge about coverage.
